This spacious 1-bedroom, split level apartment is perfect for the traveling professional or any small family looking for housing near the Manchester/ Concord or the surrounding New Hampshire area. With easy highway access, you can be at any restaurant, or event venue within minutes! Less than an hour away is Boston, several coastal beaches, and the lakes region. So whether you want to hunker down and watch a movie in the living room or hike on the local trails, this is the perfect place for you!

The space

1BDRM 1BATH 2-level with Keyless, Contactless Entry.

This unit has a Queen bed that’s very comfortable, the couch in the pictures folds down and turns into a (full size) sleeping area for 1 Adult or 2 kids comfortably.

Bathroom is on the first floor and we offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels (body and hand), face cloths, and toiletries are all supplied.

Living room and kitchen are open concept with a kitchen table (4 chairs) in the middle which is a great space for meals. The kitchen is complete with all cookware, microwave, coffee maker and full size fridge.

Spare blankets and pillows can be found in the upstairs bedroom
either in the closet or bottom drawers of the dresser.

Other things to note

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s quiet hours are in place 10PM – 7AM to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
