We had a wonderful two-month stay at the Hudson, NH Library Street apartment! The location was perfect for the holidays, with easy access to snowboarding, hiking, and exploring New England. The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped for remote work (Opendoor Housing kindly provided an extra desk), and had plenty of space to relax, eat, and celebrate. The rooms were spacious and functional, with ample closet space to organize clothes and luggage. Having two TVs was a nice bonus, and parking was always convenient with spots right next to the house. Hudson felt like a quaint village compared to Nashua, and together they offered everything we needed: diverse food options, well-stocked supermarkets (Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s nearby), great gyms with pools and saunas, and access to ski resorts of all sizes. Opendoor Housing was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout our stay!
I had a great experience staying at Kimbell property in Manchester. The location felt very safe, and the property was exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Cory and his team was fantastic—very responsive to messages and quick to address any concerns, which I really appreciated. The only minor issue I encountered was with the electronic lock. While it generally worked fine, there were a couple of instances where it wouldn’t unlock for a few minutes, which was a little frustrating. That said, it wasn’t a major inconvenience and didn’t detract much from the overall experience. All in all, I’d highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a clean, secure place with attentive ownership!
Coty and the team at Open Door Housing were simply amazing! Coty was very helpful in finding my boyfriend, our dog, and I wheelchair accessible housing. We rented a first floor 2 bed 1 bath in Manchester NH. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless and had wonderful neighbors. The team was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. I would most definitely rent from Open Door Housing again!

We struggled to find temporary housing with a large dog, but open door housing gave us a consistent place to stay and peace of mind to focus on our home search.

Management was awesome and responded quickly to any of our needs or questions. I would highly recommend booking with Open Door Housing, it was a pleasant experience.

We had the pleasure of staying in a lovely home in Milford on Elm St. when we attended the NH Camping Show. The home is absolutely lovely with many extra touches that made it so much more then just a place to stay. The host so obviously cares about the home as well as the comfort of the guests. The location is perfect- close to everything. Very handy to many restaurants and shops and even within walking distance of some, yet quiet - even on the weekend! Our 2 labs, Gracee and Lucy were welcome and the surrounding area was perfect for walking them. Parking was super easy and just steps from the front entrance. The host was very responsive, going the extra mile to make certain we had all the information we needed to check-in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we hope it's available for next year's show
